Excel assigns a default name to each cell, following the naming convention of adding a column label and a horizontal label. For example, D3 represents the cell in the fourth column and third row. If you want to rename a cell, you can use the following two methods: 1. Just click on a cell with the mouse, and you will see its current name in the upper left corner of the table. Then select the name with the mouse and enter a new name. 2. Select the cell to be named, click the “Insert ->Name ->Define” command, display the “Define Name” dialog box, enter the name in the “Name in Current Workbook” box, and click the “OK” button to (). Attention: When naming a cell, it is important to note that the first character of the name must be a letter or Chinese character, which can contain up to 255 characters and can include both uppercase and lowercase characters. However, the name cannot contain spaces and cannot be the same as the cell reference.
