I would like to speak to someone preferably over email correspondence when experiencing technical and onboarding setup issues. Otherwise the email responses were quick and the customer service professional. I love the product too. Cost effective, techie, and classy! Thank you.

The idea is good, but you cannot get a refund if you ask for a refund for all the products.
