1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits (if the hygiene seal is broken).
  • Pierced jewelry.
  • Final Sale or “Clearance” items.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
