Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as seasonal sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Domestic and International Shipping Rates
We offer shipping to Worldwide.
- Standard Shipping: [3–7] business days
- Express Shipping: [1–3] business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping (Duties & Taxes)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Syllere is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier falls into this group, please provide a physical address to ensure smooth delivery.
6. Correct Address Policy
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Syllere is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
